How to Use
Simply mist over face to re-centre yourself as often as needed. Bring yourself back to your centre with 3 grounding breaths, close eyes and spritz desired amount over face and throughout your auric field.
The mists can be applied prior to skincare application or over make-up. Use anytime to refresh tired skin. Suitable for all skin types.

Close down your eyes and connect with your breath. Take a slow, deep breath in and out. Hold the mist towards your face, spray and inhale deeply. You may like to say the intention words or mantra for each mist as you spray.
